Refund Policy
Both membership in the Society and the designation Community Engagement Professional have an intrinsic value specific to periods of time. Once awarded for the stated period, they cannot be revoked other than for violation of the Society’s Code of Ethics. Therefore, once applications for membership and certification are approved and payment made, no refunds will be made.
Refund policies for participation in events and programs of the Society vary per program and are clearly stated in promotional material. For example, full or partial refunds for events are subject to when the request is made.
